Everything, Everything

Author: Nicola Yoon
Genre: Contemporary Novel
Spoilers free review
So, how to start writing this one... I just watched the trailer and immediately got inspired by that to write a proper review. Everything, Everything was a really, really nice book. I read it in more than two weeks because I am not a fast reader but it was still a good book. I loved the main character, Madeline who had a terrible disease that does not allow her to have any contact with the outside world. On the other hand we have got Olly, Madeline's new neighbor and a very funny boy. These two are going to fall in love, which means a really hard love since they cannot touch each other.
I gave this book 4.5 out of 5 stars on my goodreads account and I highly recommend it if you are feeling it to read a fresh and easy plot book. The writing is also really good because of the chats, Madeline's book reviews, pictures and so on. I am delighted with this book and I am looking forward to watch it on the big screen, I actually cannot say anything else because I do not want to spoil it for you, but this one almost made me cry and that does not happen very often to me.

TRAVESURAS DE LA NIÑA MALA

ORIGINAL TITLE:  Travesuras de la niña mala

AUTHOR: Mario Vargas Llosa

SPOILER FREE

It has been a while since my last post I know, but here I am with another book review and recommendation.
This was such a great story with a lot of interesting characters and a well constructed plot.
This book tells us about a guy, who by the way is a translator, that  falls in love with a very very naughty girl. Ricardo is a quiet boy who lives in Paris and meets this girl in different occasions. He can not take her out of his mind because he is completely in love with her. Pitifully, this girl only loves him when she needs him for whatever reason. She is very selfish and uses him when she is trouble or has an emergency.
Lots of adventures wait for Ricardo and "la niña mala" making him finally realize that this girl has caused a very strange and strong feeling inside him.
I highly recommend this book because after it I could not read anything else maybe because I can not forget the experience I lived reading it. I gave it five out of five stars on my goodreads account and I really hope that you get it ASAP and enjoy it as much as I did.
Bye,till my next post which I hope it to be soon and a bit more interesting.

STEPPING OUT OF MY CONFORT ZONE

The week is finishing again and today's post has got something special in it. This past week was good, I must say, yes it was ok. Last sunday I promised myself to not get stressed and I think I did it. I have not been stressed and instead I was quite calm.
Today's post is about STEPPING OUT OF MY CONFORT ZONE. and maybe the first thing you will ask would be why pics of your uni? let me explain it. All wednesdays I have got 4 hours free from class to class, so in this period of time I am so bored doing nothing but reading for other sujects. Well, recently I got a new friend and that day he told me to go with him to the other campus of our uni (where he swims) and my first reaction was NO, DEFINITELY NO. But then I thought a bit more and I finished saying YES.

These kind of things always make me feel anxious, I mean stepping out of my confort zone is not aways a good idea. But that day I said yes and it felt great.
So, these photos are from that day, it was a big campus I had not been there never before and I was flipping out with almost everything I saw.
Let's stop here telling you my boring story and let me tell you the most important thing of this week's post.

STEP OUT OF YOUR FUC**** CONFORT ZONE and try to be happier every single day of your life. Maybe at the beginning it will be hard because for me it was indeed. However you cannot stop living because of a simple problem or fear. Knowing new places made me feel good and maybe it could works for you too. Do not be afraid, motivate yourself and DO NOT enclose yourself in your room crying for the problems because you are not solving anything.
Hope you liked this post, till next week.

BREATHING ALONE

I know that I have not been active lately, but it is because uni is killing me, apart that I spend almost 2 hours on the bus (terrible as fuck) and also because actually I have not got an own computer  then  I have not got as much free time as I would like to, anyway here you go a new post!.

Guess where I was today. Yes I went downtown and of course I took some pictures. Let's start!
Lately I have been feeling terribly tired, maybe is the uni or maybe is the intense traffic jam, but truly guys I needed to BREATHE ALONE. I had a sort of " team work" for a uni subject today and it was very close to my favourite place on Lima, the downtown. Finishing with the work I just said goodbye to my friends and decided to do SOMETHING since during the week I just studied all the time.

I decided to to take a breath with myself. I do not know if you have ever felt the necessity of being alone for a  moment to think about all your stuff and reorganize in your mind all things you are doing wrong, well I do have that necessity and I do know how it feels. From my own perspective BREATHING ALONE is the best thing you can do, if your body is claming for it. I really needed to take pictures, I really needed  to stay away of what I already know.

I am tired, I am so so tired but life is tired, isn't it? taking some time for myself makes me feel so relaxed, taking pictures of whatever, knowing that everything means something, is fantastic for me. The blue sky, the old buildings, the different kind of people, the faces, the places, everything makes me think about everything.

Balconies are life, I really enjoy watching them, besides they are tradictional and magnific, I really really recommend you to go there and know our centre-ville because it is worth it.
This is the last part of the post guys! hope you liked it and if you love doing the same (breathing alone) leave in the comments everything you consider relevant.

BLUE

oficially I've got 3 days left until my classes start and I am very excited to start with a new semesteer but very sad to leave my town again for about  four months,  therefore I took these days trying to catch great pics.
Here you have the new post called "BLUE"

Today I decided to go to the main square (again) because there I can take great pictures. The main square is not funny I'd say, but it is not boring at all. I always try to take all the places as good photography spots. And yeah, this is the Cathedral which as I mentioned in the last post, it is not builded yet. It has been a long time building this church sadly (and I do not know how long it is going to take) but  I thought it is was going to be cool taking pictures of it since it is nice.

This picture was taken on my way to home, and It was too hot! as you can see It is sunny and here from 12:00 to 3:00 pm the sun is really instense. This street is called "San Martín" and I could say it is one of the most important streets in Huaraz. I would say streets here are not big, and it is because the town is quite small, but very comfy as well.
Another street, this one is clearly smaller than San Martin. Nowadays people has been building bigger houses than this (in the pic) but there are still some people who try to keep their old houses and this is how they look. This kind of streets are very narrow and just one car can use it.

Finally, maybe you are asking why I called this post as "BLUE". Well, everyday the weather here is pretty the same, as I said within those hours it is too hot and very sunny therefore we have got a beautiful BLUE sky.
By the way I would like to reccomend to you Troye Sivan who is my favourite singer and also he inspired me to call this post as BLUE for one of his incredible songs. (only the name though, not the meaning)
Hope you like it, Comment and share it!

MY BLACK AND WHITE COLLECTION

As you maybe know (maybe not) I am on my last days of holiday and I just decided to update my blog! At first I thought It was going to be a bad idea because Uni starts in a few days and I won't have enough time to keep the blog active but then I thought If I love reading, writing taking pictures and stuff why not?
And yeah! here it is, a new post and with this I want to tell you that I changed the language and also the content because I was thinking and I would like to practice my English skills as I am a translation student and also I would like to post something similar to the vlogs but with pictures. Of course, from time to time I will upload a book review too. So, no let's begin with my black and white collection. (:

Today I went to my cafeteria and visited my little kitten, I must admit It was kind of difficult to take a pic of her since she was moving everywhere but finally I did it and here she is, so soft and beautiful.

While I was walking on my way back to home (from my cafeteria) I decided to stop at the main square of my cozy hometown where I took many pictures. Here it is The Cathedral which is not builded at all but we could say it is still cute. I must admit that when I was taking these pictures people thought I was catching pokemons because they looked at me weirdly. hahaha.

A totally blue sky is everyday upon our heads and a brillian sunlight too, being surrounded by this stunning mountains is just magical!
I took this pic at the main square as well and what I tried to do was to focus the ice mountain (failed though) But yeah! this is my beautiful town, Huaraz.

While I was walking I just realised how long of my life I had spent despising this magestic town.
Trees, flowers and nature in general, all these things are what I can see everyday I wake up and decide to take a walk, I am happy to have this on earth.

And that's all for todays' update, I hope you enjoyed it and do not forget that if you've got a question or something let me know by the contact media!

PULSACIONES

TÍTULO ORIGINAL: Pulsaciones

AUTORES: Javier Ruescas - Francesc Mirralles
